Job Summary
Business Unit Director at BWO Group to lead a modern production unit for industrial surface finishing (sandblasting, painting, electroplating, and electro-polishing) including welding and related processes for large industrial parts such as chimneys and wind-industry components. Responsible for full operational performance, P&L, production planning, process optimization, and cross-functional leadership. Active involvement in market relations and order intake, supporting bid activities and key customer partnerships in the wind and industrial sectors. The role requires a hands-on leader who drives safety, quality, on-time delivery, capacity utilization, and continuous improvement, while shaping the organization’s culture and collaborating with owners and management on strategic growth.
Required Qualifications
- Senior leadership experience
- P&L responsibility
- production/industrial operations background
- experience in surface finishing or related fields a plus
- strong business development and customer-relations skills
- ability to lead and develop an operational organization
