Job Summary
Lead the development, consolidation, and presentation of the LATAM annual operating budget and periodic financial forecasts while ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes. Partner closely with LATAM Operations leaders to support operational performance, cost management, and strategic initiatives by delivering rigorous cost, profitability, and business analyses. Drive continuous improvement in financial and operational reporting, analytics, and decision-support capabilities, and manage general ledger activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls. Establish, maintain, and enhance documented accounting policies, ensuring strong audit readiness for internal and external audits. Support acquisition integration efforts and manage remote teams with up to 20% travel. Requires fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, along with 7–10 years of progressive finance experience.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to balance attention to detail with a strategic perspective.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with operations leaders in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong planning, prioritization, and execution skills for both self and team.
- Demonstrated experience managing remote and international teams.
- Deep understanding of complex accounting concepts and financial principles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required).
- Proficiency in Power BI for financial analysis, reporting, and data visualization (required).
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required).
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting (required).
- 3–5 years of people leadership experience (required).
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP (required)

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) or a similar ERP system (preferred).
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree (preferred).

- Manufacturing or operations finance experience (preferred)
