Job Summary
Provide top-tier travel support via chat, calls, and emails and accurately handle hotel, flight, car, and rail bookings. Maintain up-to-date knowledge on suppliers, destinations, and systems; guide customers in self-service options on the Navan platform and app; respond promptly to meet SLA expectations; follow company and customer policies ensuring global compliance. Communicate feedback to stakeholders on goals and processes; participate in team meetings on products, suppliers, and industry updates; stay current on travel industry best practices; maintain attendance and complete training while meeting performance metrics. Requires 5+ years of travel-concierge experience with air/rail/hotel bookings, 3+ years with GDS (Sabre/Amadeus/Galileo), and fluency in English and Spanish; comfortable with Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, and Salesforce; able to work flexible rotating shifts and multitask while resolving issues and troubleshooting independently.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years as Travel Consultant covering air, rail, and hotel bookings
- 3+ years with GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo) – Both mandatory
- fluency in English and Spanish - Mandatory
