Job Summary
Provide top-tier travel support via chat, calls, and emails; accurately handle hotel, flight, rail, and car bookings; guide customers in self-service options on the Navan platform; stay up-to-date on suppliers and destinations; communicate effectively to resolve issues and meet SLA expectations; give feedback to product, design, and engineering teams; participate in team meetings on products, suppliers, and industry updates; maintain attendance and complete training while achieving performance metrics; requires fluency in English and Italian and experience with major GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo); hybrid work arrangement in Lisbon, Portugal with rotating shifts.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years as Travel Consultant covering air, rail, and hotel bookings
- 3+ years with GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo)
- Fluency in English and Italian (mandatory)
- Customer service experience in contact center or customer-facing roles
- Proficiency with Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, Salesforce
- Availability for rotating shifts (Mon-Sun) between 7 AM and 11 PM
