Job Summary
Coordinate, book, and manage global business travel arrangements for QIAGEN employees while supporting international sites. Maintain travel-related master data using Amadeus Smart Flows and administer corporate travel accounts, including agency and employee credit cards. Handle traveler inquiries, resolve issues, and manage complaints by coordinating appropriate solutions. Review and verify travel invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance. Requires completed vocational training in travel consulting, practical experience with Amadeus Selling Platform Connect, and fluent German and English skills. Hybrid work is offered conditional to the role.
Required Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a Travel Consultant, Tourism Specialist, or a comparable qualification with a focus on business travel
- Initial professional experience in corporate or business travel management
- Practical experience with AMADEUS Selling Platform Connect (Command Page), including ticketing activities
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Strong customer service and organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach
- Ability to work effectively in an international and team-oriented environment
- Fluent German and English language skills
