Job Summary
Design and create comprehensive transformation strategies that shape vision for future growth and competitive advantage. Conduct market and competitor analysis to develop actionable plans, then oversee implementation of new systems, technologies, and processes from start to finish. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement to foster alignment, while managing budgets and forecasting financials to drive value creation and cost optimization. Monitor progress of strategic initiatives, making necessary adjustments as needed. This role requires a university degree or equivalent experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Sensata Technologies, a global industrial technology company, serves customers in automotive, aerospace, and industrial markets through mission-critical sensors and electrical protection solutions.
Required Qualifications
- A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience
- Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
- Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
- Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
- Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
- Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
