Job Summary
Project Coordinator, Business Transformation provides hands-on coordination, reporting, and governance support to enterprise transformation initiatives within the ePMO. Responsibilities include coordinating project plans, milestones, and interdependencies; maintaining documentation (plans, RAID logs, decision records, lessons learned); preparing status reports and dashboards for leadership; tracking progress in ePMO tools; facilitating meetings and workshops; supporting change, communication, and readiness activities; and contributing to playbooks, standards, and best practices. Must have strong organization and communication skills, experience with project Management methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid), and proficiency in MS Office; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred and 1–3 years of related experience is typical. CAPM/PMP or progress toward certification is a plus.
