Job Summary
Leads enterprise workforce transformation initiatives focused on increasing organizational efficiency and operating margin, and serves as an internal consultant on staffing to demand, workforce benchmarks, KPI/VoS, and position control. Partners with executive leaders to coordinate workforce transformation efforts, develop labor benchmark standards, manage labor budgets, and deploy tools to enable leaders to achieve workforce objectives. Applies critical thinking and a customer-oriented approach to provide training and education to leaders, driving professional growth and development within the organization. Performs other duties as assigned to support operational excellence and workforce value across the enterprise.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Nursing, or a related field
- Five years’ experience in a complex business environment
