Job Summary
In this role, you will develop a transformation vision, assess feasibility and capability gaps, plan journey management, and translate economic trends into industry competitive advantage to transform a business for profitable, sustainable growth. Lead the Process Transformation roadmap and BE initiatives, drive end-to-end transformation projects for global clients, identify automation opportunities, and deliver digital solutions leveraging AI/Analytics. Manage a high-performance team, engage with client process teams, and drive metrics and governance to reduce variability and defects while enabling onshore delivery across regions.
Required Qualifications
- BE/BTech/MBA
- 12+ years of experience in Process Transformation, Process Automation, Operational Excellence, Quality
- 15+ years of overall experience in Business Process Management / Outsourcing
- Six Sigma Master Black Belt/Black Belt with Quality improvement and Lean Deployment background
- Ability to breakdown End to End process to identify automation/improvement opportunities and create automation/transformation roadmap
- Delivered large scale end-to-end Process Transformation projects for global clients
- Experience with Industry Digital technologies & leading tools, automation, AI and Analytics
- Excellent Communication skills, result-oriented, self-driven, high energy, analytical and team leadership experience
- Experience in shaping solutions, process diagnostics, blueprinting, PowerPoint and Excel
