Business Transformation Lead, Casual Workforce Planning

Job Summary
Lead the business design of future-state processes for casual workforce planning, including rostering, time capture, and payment assurance. Act as the primary subject matter expert across RMIT to align processes, assess change impacts, and drive business readiness for new ways of working. Partner with workforce planning specialists, People and Culture, and the technology vendor to translate requirements into system configurations and deliver improved operational efficiency. Support the START Program's transformation journey by providing clear direction and strengthening assurance mechanisms.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience leading business transformation, process design, or systems implementation initiatives
- Prior experience with either Time Edit / Nimbus/ JDR / Simitive/ UKG time and attendance
- Knowledge of casual workforce planning, rostering, time capture, or payment assurance processes
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience translating business needs into system requirements and configuration outcomes
- Proven ability to lead change impact assessment and business readiness activities
- A collaborative, analytical and outcomes-focused approach
