Job Summary
Lead KAD's business transformation and innovation agenda, overseeing AI and automation initiatives, and manage the Innovation Portfolio and Business Innovation Fund. Develop business cases and investment proposals, establish innovation working groups and collaboration partnerships, and influence senior stakeholders to deliver measurable benefits aligned with the SEED framework. Drive the AI and Automation Roadmap, identify new technologies, and produce reports for board-level stakeholders. Manage and develop the Business Transformation & Innovation Analyst, ensuring transformations align with operational performance, safety, customer experience, and commercial outcomes. Strong analytical, communication, and financial management skills with experience in complex operational environments are essential.
