Job Summary
Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives across people, process, systems, product, and cost-focused programs from discovery and business case development through implementation, change management, and benefits realization. Apply strong commercial judgment and financial acumen to shape and evolve business cases, ensuring initiatives deliver tangible value and align with enterprise priorities. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Technology, Operations, and GTM to remove delivery barriers and drive scalable, data-driven decision making. Develop, coach, and hire top-tier transformation talent; champion excellence and raise the delivery bar. Execute robust change management and communication strategies to drive adoption and lasting behavioral change. Measure benefits realization, monitor KPIs, identify and manage risks and interdependencies, and leverage market insights and best practices to shape future waves of change.
Required Qualifications
- 6-8 years’ experience in business transformation, management consulting, or large-scale change delivery
- ideally with a Big 4 or top-tier consulting background
- demonstrated success delivering end-to-end transformations, from case development through implementation and full benefits realization
- exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort in data, modeling, and performance tracking
- strong leadership and people development skills with a track record of mentoring and growing high-performing teams
- outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement, able to influence and gain trust across all levels
