Business Transformation Consultant

Job Summary
Operational architect and data-driven strategist driving business transformation for customer experience at Loxo. Lead internal and external transformation initiatives, manage end-to-end projects from scope to go-live, optimize internal processes, and serve as PMO liaison across Sales, Product, and Engineering. Build and implement transformation plans, maintain data migration and integrity, configure technical mappings for legacy data, and generate progress reports for leadership and clients. Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth handoffs, handle cross-functional coordination, and continuously improve transformation processes. Fluent in English with strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers at all levels; 2+ years of customer-facing experience; familiarity with CRM/ATS databases, ticketing systems (Intercom, Zendesk), and HRIS/SaaS contexts. Bonus: experience in Recruitment, SaaS, or HRIS industries. Remote-first culture with 100% remote workforce and flexible PTO.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience working directly with customers in a professional capacity.
- Technical Literacy: Familiarity with job boards, ticketing systems (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk), or CRM/ATS databases.
- Bonus: Experience working within Recruitment, SaaS, or HRIS industries.
