Job Summary
Business Transformation Associate Manager leads large-scale, end-to-end transformation engagements spanning finance operations, shaping transformation vision, diagnosing performance gaps, and designing future state operating models. The role serves as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, translating industry trends into actionable strategies and delivering measurable, profitable outcomes. Responsibilities include process mapping and analysis, ERP-enabled operating model redesign, post-merger integration for operational functions, driving adoption and sustainable change, establishing governance, tracking KPIs and benefits realization, and leading cross-functional teams through automation, RPA, AI/ML enabled improvements, and change management. The candidate should have strong Lean/Six Sigma experience, R2R/OTC/PTP process expertise, ERP exposure (Oracle/SAP), RPA tools, process mining, and data-visualization skills. The role requires ability to lead diverse teams, manage client relationships, operate in fast-paced environments, and advocate for a transformation agenda aligned to client financial objectives.

Desired Qualifications
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean Certification
- Led at least one full end-to-end Six Sigma or Lean project
- Deep functional expertise in Record to Report (R2R) and/or Order to Cash (OTC), Procure to Pay (PTP) processes, including controls, reconciliation, and automation opportunities
- Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Celonis)
- ERP experience: Oracle (EBS or Fusion) preferred or SAP S/4HANA
- Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism) in a process transformation context
- Exposure to AI/ML enabled process improvement, intelligent document processing, or predictive analytics
- Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx)
- Ability to develop and articulate a transformation vision aligned to financial objectives
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships
- Strong change management and training strategy capabilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset and system thinking in complex environments
- Willingness to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous settings
- Experience with post-merger integration and shared services design
- Knowledge of process mining and governance frameworks
- Ability to track KPIs and benefits realization, including cost reduction and productivity gains
- Experience in designing future state operating models and ERP-enabled process improvements
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Capability to translate macro-economic trends into actionable competitive strategies
- Comfort with leading diverse teams and driving adoption post-go-live
- Ability to manage budgets and ensure milestones are met
- Prior experience in finance operations transformation
- Process standardization and automation opportunities awareness
- Hands-on experience with ERP-enabled operating models and automation solutions
- Experience facilitating governance structures and risk/issue management
