Job Summary
Design and develop engaging digital learning content (eLearning modules, videos, simulations, and microlearning) and create promotion items; ensure materials align with instructional design objectives and organizational goals. Manage and update content on internal promotion platforms; collaborate across teams to enhance the customer journey and deliver reliable customer outcomes. Requires proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia, Canva, AI tools (e.g., HeyGen), and eLearning authoring tools (iSpring, Articulate Storyline); strong multimedia design, UX/UI, and visual storytelling skills; English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) communication; immediate availability preferred. Minimum diploma or higher in creative media/design or related field; role located in Hong Kong (Hong Kong & Macau).
Required Qualifications
- High diploma or above, major in creative media, design or related disciplines
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia, Canva and AI tools e.g Heygen
- Proficient in eLearning authoring tools like iSpring / Articulate Storyline
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and visual storytelling
- Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Immediate availability highly preferred
