Job Summary

The eLearning Manager will lead the design, development, and implementation of high-quality digital learning solutions aligned to business goals, overseeing end-to-end eLearning production and quality governance. Partnering with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and stakeholders, the role focuses on building scalable learning programs, coaching and developing the team, driving innovation through data insights and new technologies (including AI), and ensuring programs meet branding and compliance standards while delivering measurable impact on learner engagement and business outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Training or related field
  • 6–8 years of Experience in Learning & Development, with at least 3 years in eLearning design and development
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end eLearning projects and leading teams
  • Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Captivate)
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms
  • Understanding of instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM)
  • Knowledge of multimedia development and emerging learning technologies (e.g., AI in learning)
  • Leadership & Interpersonal Skills
