Job Summary

Business-to-Business Specialist responsible for coordinating and maintaining B2B sales activities, generating leads, building customer relationships, interviewing customers, visiting outside businesses, processing quotes and orders, and supporting product sourcing and pricing analysis. Requires strong communication, ability to multi-task, familiarity with MS Word/Excel, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment (Tempe, AZ). Required Qualifications

  • High School degree, some college preferred
  • Outside sales and marketing experience with retail programs, establishing relationships and new accounts
  • Experience in retail environment either in marketing, sales, or back office
  • Excellent communication skills, organizational ability, attention to detail, multitasking
  • Knowledge of retail computer systems, MS Word, and Excel a plus
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs
