Job Summary
Business Technology Senior Manager responsible for leading Enko Education's Business Efficiency function across 11 African countries. Define and drive a 3-year technology roadmap, audit security, quality, and scalability of existing solutions (EDUKA, XERO, Toddle), and architect data integrations including custom APIs. Proactively identify, pilot, and deploy AI-driven automation to streamline school operations, while guiding human-centered digital transformation and change management across cross-functional teams. Design and deploy robust BI dashboards (Looker Studio, Power BI) for the Executive Committee to monitor Revenue, Retention, and Academics. Lead and grow the central Business Efficiency team using OKRs and manage external tech providers to ensure ROI and timely delivery. Requires hands-on capability to bridge strategy and execution, experience with data pipelines, integration, and a pragmatic approach to implementing lightweight, value-driven solutions. English is mandatory; French highly valued. Location-based in Africa; open to permanent or independent contracting arrangements.

- Engineering background
- Strong business acumen
- Experience evaluating IT infrastructures and building data bridges
- API development and data extraction skills
- Experience with BI tools (Looker Studio, Power BI)
- Cross-functional leadership in multi-site environments
- Professional English proficiency; French valued
