Job Summary
Business Technology Partner within PNC's Enterprise Change organization based in Pittsburgh, PA or Strongsville, OH. Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and align technology solutions with business outcomes; lead discovery and solution design sessions; translate business needs into epics, features, and detailed user stories using Agile; define acceptance criteria; own and manage the product backlog in Jira; collaborate with Agile teams (Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, QA); participate in Agile ceremonies; apply SAFe principles to Program Increment planning; facilitate cross-functional communication; create and maintain documentation in Confluence; use Figma to develop wireframes and UX flows; ensure traceability from requirements to testing; identify risks and mitigate issues; drive continuous improvement. PNC is an in-office company with locations in Pittsburgh, PA and Strongsville, OH. Note: PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas for this position.
Required Qualifications
