Job Summary
Facilitate Agile planning events, monitor execution, and coach cross-team teams on Agile principles to ensure strategic alignment with business goals. Manage interlocks and dependencies, identify risks, and remove blockers to support delivery of outcomes across large-scale environments. Optimize flow by monitoring delivery status, addressing bottlenecks, and serving as a point of escalation for technology use and data quality. Track and report key metrics to leadership forums while championing a safe, trusting environment for team members to share ideas and take risks. Partner with senior leaders to understand business priorities, influence platform roadmaps, and drive adoption of Barclays' cloud, data, and analytics capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience partnering with Business, Operations, and Technology teams within Financial Services to deliver key design artefacts and support end-to-end change initiatives aligned to business outcomes and value
- Strong experience managing interlocks, dependencies, and risks across complex cloud-based environments
- Product or platform ownership experience, including driving strategy, prioritisation, and delivery
- Strong project governance capabilities, with experience prioritising and managing multiple concurrent workstreams
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Product Owner experience, particularly with cloud platforms, tools, or infrastructure products
- Experience in risk and controls
- Experience in change and transformation

Desired Qualifications
- Good understanding of cloud technologies and data principles (AWS, Azure, or GCP), or experience delivering large-scale migration programmes
