Job Summary
Partner with stakeholders to define clear business and functional requirements and analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and automation opportunities. Research, evaluate, and compare software solutions against defined needs, then lead or support system implementations from planning through go-live. Assist with day-to-day system administration, monitor key activities, and troubleshoot issues promptly while supporting users through learning and creating training materials. Requires 2+ years of experience in business analysis or systems implementation, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with project management tools. This role supports Wharton-Smith's mission of building communities through clean water, schools, and recreational facilities.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, business technology, systems implementation, or process improvement
- Demonstrated experience leading or supporting software implementations
- Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
- 10% travel

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
- Proficiency with business process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Miro)
- Familiarity with SaaS Software Evaluation & Vendor Assessments
- Requirements Gathering & Functional Specification Development
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Jira)
- Experience researching, evaluating, and comparing software solutions
