Job Summary
As a proactive and enthusiastic Business Technology Analyst, you will join our IT support team to ensure our people have the technology they need to succeed. You will serve as the first point of contact for technical issues while gaining hands-on experience in security and strategic IT projects. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving Level 1 IT issues across software/hardware, onboarding new employees by configuring equipment and software, collaborating with the workplace team to manage in-office technology needs, taking ownership of IT projects, and documenting technical processes to build a robust knowledge base for the team.
