Senior-level Tax role leading engagements and mentoring staff within public accounting. Focus on business/entity tax compliance, providing advisory solutions, and reviewing complex returns while cultivating client relationships. Leverage technology to automate internal and client processes, drive proactive tax counsel, and collaborate with Directors/Partners to deliver exemplary service. Responsibilities include leading client engagements with urgency, developing recommendations balancing client needs and deadlines, providing proactive tax advice based on current tax law, mentoring younger staff, and contributing to firm growth and efficiency through technology-enabled processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or other relevant discipline
- 5+ years of tax experience in public accounting
- CPA-certified and active license
