Job Summary
Conduct system audits, data quality reviews, and troubleshooting to maintain operational effectiveness and data integrity. Assist with the design, maintenance, and enhancement of no-code databases like Airtable, including automation configuration, testing, and documentation to streamline workflows. Provide user support for technology platforms, answer questions, and develop training materials to support adoption. Support reporting, dashboard development, and data analysis activities to monitor business metrics. Collaborate with departments across the firm to understand workflow needs and implement tailored solutions. Execute assigned tasks with accuracy while building autonomy to solve basic problems independently.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds
- Minimal travel required
- Frequent attendance at internal meetings required
- Occasional attendance at meeting with outside partners
- Travel outside the region may be required for business and/or professional development
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with no-code automation platforms preferred, including customization, scripting, and integration capabilities
- Experience using no-code automation platforms such as Zapier or Airtable, or exposure to programming languages such as JavaScript or Python
- Ability to manage projects from concept through implementation, with strong attention to detail and execution
- Ability to research, test, and implement solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities, with a resourceful approach to developing solutions
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adaptability in a changing industry
