Job Summary
Own system configuration, security, automation, and data integrity for Salesforce and the broader tech stack including Monday.com, FormAssembly, and Google Workspace. Lead the implementation of AI-driven tools and automation to improve productivity while managing vendor relationships and overseeing project lifecycles from requirements to deployment. Serve as a strategic technology partner advising leadership on investments and translating business needs into scalable solutions. Establish governance frameworks, maintain documentation, and lead training initiatives to ensure reliable system performance and widespread adoption. This role supports a 30-person nonprofit team expanding programs like itrek Launchpad, with a hybrid schedule of two office days per week and a salary range of $75–$85K.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience
- Demonstrated ability to analyze business processes, gather business requirements, and translate organizational needs into scalable technology solutions
- Experience administering business systems, managing integrations between platforms, and leading cross-functional technology projects from requirements gathering through implementation
- Experience designing, implementing, and managing AI-powered automations
- Experience with large language model (LLM) implementation, prompt engineering, or AI tool administration in a business context
- Experience developing reports, dashboards, automations, documentation, and training materials for technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Must be able to work independently while managing multiple concurrent priorities
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships across departments and serve as a trusted technology advisor
- Passion for continuous process improvement and leveraging technology to support organizational goals
- Minimum of two days per week in the office
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP)
- Experience administering FormAssembly, including Salesforce Connectors (prefill and post-submission), HTTP Connectors, and basic CSS customization
- Experience administering Google Workspace
- Experience designing and maintaining Monday.com automations
- Experience with Make.com or similar integration and workflow automation platforms
- Experience managing third-party technology vendors and consultants
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance technical and business priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and documentation skills
