Job Summary
Lead full lifecycle business systems initiatives from discovery to user adoption, delivering solutions through low-code development, system configuration, and integrations. Responsibilities include process analysis, system evaluation, requirements gathering, system integration, data analysis, dashboard development, and documentation. Collaboration with stakeholders to translate business challenges into practical technical solutions, with a focus on enabling adoption and continuous improvement. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/BA (or equivalent) and at least six years of relevant experience, plus advanced Microsoft tool usage (SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate) and familiarity with low-code platforms (e.g., Quickbase).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analysis, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of six years experience in analyzing and documenting complex business processes including at least 2 years in an IT advisory &/or supervisory role
