Business Systems Officer

Job Summary
Oversees systems project implementation and UAT, gathers and analyzes business requirements, prepares BR/BC, coordinates testing plans with business, IT support units, and third-party providers, leads user testing and issue resolution, ensures regulatory compliance with SEC, PSE, PDEx, BSP, AMLC, and CMIC; manages outsourcing services including intra-group and offshore providers; serves as ORM coordinator for risk management tools (RCSA, KRI, loss data); acts as User ID administrator, maintains security matrix and parameter changes; performs other administrative functions as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
- Experience in project implementation/management
- Knowledgeable in systems development life cycle (SDLC), business analysis, and other project management principles
