Job Summary
Functional Consultants to lead CRM (Sales & Customer Engagement) or ERP (Finance) domains within Dynamics 365, delivering high-quality functional designs and solutions. You will translate business needs into clear functional designs and solution options, guide work packages from design through adoption, collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams, facilitate workshops, and mentor analysts and junior consultants. CRM focus centers on customer engagement and CRM processes; Finance focus on core financial processes (GL, AP/AR, budgeting, reporting). The role requires awareness of agile delivery, cloud-based platforms, governance, and data protection, with a hybrid working pattern (approximately 50% onsite at Southampton HQ) and flexible remote working.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Dynamics 365 (CRM and ERP)
- Strong functional leadership and stakeholder management
- Ability to translate business needs into functional designs
- Experience leading design through adoption and governance
- Experience facilitating workshops and mentoring junior staff
