Job Summary
Business & Systems Consultant responsible for analyzing and defining user needs, translating into requirements/user stories, and supporting end-to-end validation of IT and insurance-operations processes. Works with stakeholders to document system/process impacts, create comments on communications and documentation, and collaborate on technical/business documentation. Requires knowledge of business/tech platforms, experience with client-facing technologies and digital engagement platforms, familiarity with Design Thinking, and strong communication skills. Role emphasizes working in a matrixed team, adapting to ambiguous environments, and delivering solutions with a focus on privacy, compliance, and security. Bilingualism (French/English) is required for Quebec interactions; hybrid work arrangement offered across multiple Canadian locations.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in business or technology or equivalent experience
- 3 to 5 years of progressive experience as a Business & Systems Analyst with both waterfall and agile methodologies
- Experience with data & integration modelling
- Experience with client facing technologies/digital engagement platforms
- Knowledge of Design Thinking principles
- Strong understanding of privacy, compliance, control, and security requirements
- Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
- Bilingualism (French, English) for Quebec interactions
