Job Summary
Analyze user needs and translate into requirements, epics, and user stories; map data and assess impact of new developments on processes and systems; create and review internal and external communications and documentation; collaborate on business and technical documentation; support end-to-end validation and rollout of developed solutions; demonstrate knowledge of business and/or technology platforms, client-facing digital engagement tools, and data & integration modelling; apply Design Thinking; ensure compliance, privacy, and security considerations; strong communication and teamwork in a matrixed environment; bilingual capability for interactions in Quebec.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in business or technology or equivalent experience
- 3 to 5 years of progressive experience as a Business & Systems Analyst
- Bilingualism (French and English) for Quebec interactions
