Job Summary

Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative financial solutions within the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform, conducting fit/gap analyses and developing detailed design specifications. Partner with finance stakeholders to assess, refine, and automate key processes in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable, while embedding AI and intelligent automation capabilities. Oversee the full lifecycle of finance-related projects from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support, serving as the trusted advisor to finance leadership on system capabilities and emerging trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable systems that align with business goals, ensuring data integrity through audit and reporting initiatives. Provide training, mentorship, and documentation to maximize user efficiency, while leading financial activities related to mergers and acquisitions. Stay current on accounting rules and regulations, evaluating emerging Microsoft Copilot and AI capabilities to improve financial operations and decision-making.

Required Qualifications

Extensive hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
