Job Summary
Coordinate system improvements and change processes for the organisation's CRM, liaising between service delivery teams, national teams, and IT and Digital Services. Develop and maintain systems to record business plans, track organisational objectives, and manage contracts with external developers, chiefly the CRM and phone systems. Support the implementation of information systems that underpin operational functions and enable critical business governance. Work 35 hours per week Monday to Friday, with hybrid options available in Glasgow or Edinburgh.
Required Qualifications
- relevant University degree, or equivalent professional experience
- deep understanding of business information systems
- skills in organisational performance management
- knowledge of CRM design and development (particularly Microsoft Dynamics)
- meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- excellent communications skills
- experience of using Case Record Management systems
- experience of using SharePoint
- experience of using Dynamics 365
- willingness to be flexible on working hours
- willingness to travel as required
- satisfactory Disclosure check
- two satisfactory references
