Job Summary
Business Systems Analyst at WillScot located in Scottsdale, AZ. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for system/software projects, serve as the liaison between business and technical teams, articulate business needs, review design, provide impact assessments, and communicate benefits and risks. Assess customer and user experience, establish success metrics for design, functionality, usability, and outcomes. Support QA and UAT testing, provide progress updates, and update documentation. Ensure alignment with policies and standards; identify risks and impacts to workstreams; coordinate end-user training needs. Requires a bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or related field and 3+ years of BSA experience in integrated cloud environments, plus 5+ years SAP Salesforce experience. This is an in-office role with 0-10% travel and does not indicate hybrid work; benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, retirement plan, and potential incentive programs. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience in an integrated environment across multiple cloud products and systems
- 5+ years of SAP Salesforce experience, with a solid understanding of core objects, processes and features
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, website portal or other systems (as applicable)
- Project management experience; managing priorities and adhering to deadlines
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills; conduct relevant research and data analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to details, thoroughness, and completeness
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Experience collaborating in a cross-functional matrix (preferred)
- Experience with Visio or equivalent workflow process documentation tool (preferred)
- Experience in Agile/Scrum, JIRA, SDLC and CMS platforms and analytics tools (preferred)
- Experience with Commerce cloud platform capabilities (preferred)
- Travel: 0-10%
