Job Summary
Manage day-to-day case management and system break fixes while resolving user queries and documenting resolutions for future diagnosis. Lead development work for multiple ongoing upgrade projects using Scrum, handling requirements elicitation, solution design, testing, and deployment of configuration updates. Oversee systems migrations and integrations due to company acquisitions, and maintain core tools including Salesforce CRM, CPQ, Pardot, Certinia PSA/FFA, and Wrike. Act as the subject matter expert for reporting on all core tools, manage user profiles and permissions, and support stakeholder management to assess process efficiencies.
Required Qualifications
- Deep experience with Salesforce (declarative)
- Salesforce Admin certification
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to coding
- FinancialForce ERP (or other cloud-based ERP systems)
- CPQ
- Account Engagement
- Experience with reporting & presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with collating and analyzing data, and extracting insights from data
- Further SFDC certs
- Certinia (Financialforce), CPQ, Account Engagement (Pardot) certification
- Educated to degree level desirable in Finance, Business, IT or a related field
