Job Summary
Gather requirements and translate business needs into actionable specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Create visual artifacts, process flows, and system documentation to support analysis, design, and quality assurance. Identify and recommend business process improvements while serving as a subject matter expert for the Digital Product Passport. Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to validate product data, coordinate upgrades, and maintain platform performance. Support integrations between DPP, PLM, ERP, and other systems; validate data quality and end-to-end data flows to ensure regulatory compliance. Execute testing, support troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Create documentation and support change management through training, demos, and onboarding resources. Join the Sustainability Technology team in North Vancouver on a hybrid schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or post-secondary education in business, information systems, or a related field
- completion of a recognized Business Analysis program
- equivalent business experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting agile projects involving PLM, ERP, SaaS platforms, and/or system integrations
- experience supporting end-to-end system implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration support, testing, deployment, and change management
- exposure to supply chain, manufacturing, or sustainability-related systems
- familiarity with apparel, outdoor, or retail industry workflows
- exposure to regulatory- or compliance-driven technology initiatives
- Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada
Desired Qualifications
- You have a Bachelor's degree or post-secondary education in business, information systems, or a related field, completion of a recognized Business Analysis program, and/or equivalent business experience
- You have 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting agile projects involving PLM, ERP, SaaS platforms, and/or system integrations
- You have experience supporting end-to-end system implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration support, testing, deployment, and change management
- You communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, clearly articulating and documenting business processes, systems, and requirements
- You have strong organization and prioritization skills while managing multiple, competing priorities, and tight deadlines
- You demonstrate strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, with a high bar for accuracy, detail, and quality of deliverables
- You proactively identify root causes and develop practical, scalable solutions
- You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
