Job Summary
Analyse end-to-end business processes and translate needs into clear, standardised solutions for the new Oracle Fusion platform implementation. Partner with Finance stakeholders, technology teams, and implementation partners to design future-state processes aligned with Oracle best practice across ERP, HCM, and EPM. Facilitate workshops, document requirements, manage system integration impacts, and support testing, cutover, and go-live activities to improve financial control and operational efficiency. This role expands over time to support broader business systems across Finance, People, and other corporate functions within Cotton On's global Support Centre.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Information Technology, Finance or related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting ERP implementations and enterprise business systems
- Experience working with Oracle Fusion applications, particularly ERP Finance modules (AP, AR, GL, Assets)
- Experience working with Oracle Fusion applications, particularly ERP Finance modules (AP, AR, GL, Assets), with exposure to HCM and EPM
- Strong understanding of Finance processes
- Experience working with system integrations
- Understanding data flows between systems
- Ability to analyse and document complex business processes
- Ability to translate business processes into functional requirements
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrable strategic thinking

- Problem solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with Oracle Fusion applications, particularly ERP Finance modules (AP, AR, GL, Assets), with exposure to HCM and EPM highly regarded
- Experience with similar platforms (SAP, Oracle EBS, etc.)
