Job Summary
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to transform complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions and support supply chain operations. Gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets to drive decision-making on order fulfillment and operational performance. Design, build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards while delivering cost-benefit and ROI analyses for technology implementation. Collaborate with developers to ensure successful requirement implementation and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations proactively to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Data Analysis & Power BI (3+ years)
- Supply Chain Operations (3+ years)
- Business Systems Analysis (5+ years preferred)
- Microsoft Office & Communication Skills (3+ years)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related technical field
- 5–7 years of Business Systems Analyst or similar experience
- 3+ years of hands-on data analysis experience working with complex datasets
- 3+ years of supply chain operations, reporting, or supply chain analytics experience
- Experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including advanced Excel
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
- Working knowledge of programming concepts sufficient to understand code and collaborate with development teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering quality work under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work remotely while supporting Pacific Time core business hours
- Must be available to begin work immediately
