Job Summary
Partner with business units to define and document Salesforce CRM specifications, then work with developers to build solutions across Sales, Service, and Financial Service Clouds. Manage the full project/development cycle by creating work plans, coordinating testing, validation, and training, and reviewing deliverables before stakeholder handoff. Act as the subject matter expert to support data integrity, execute recurring maintenance, test new releases, and identify opportunities to enable business goals through third-party integrations. This fixed-term contract requires onsite presence four days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education
- 2+ years working experience as a Business Analyst
- 2+ years working with Salesforce
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong time-management and prioritizing abilities
- In office work model
- Onsite four days per week
