Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary
Elicit, analyze, and validate business needs through stakeholder interviews and current-state process analysis. Conduct data analysis, design solutions, and write clear technical requirements while supporting testing and implementation of technology solutions. Develop procedures to improve existing systems, write Requests for Proposals and Contract Scope of Deliverables, and provide training and ongoing support to end users. Manage projects across Infrastructure Services, including Networking, Server, Workstation Services, Microsoft 365, VoIP Telecommunications, and Service Center teams. This hybrid contract role requires a self-starter with 5+ years of experience to deliver strong end-user experiences.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst experience
- Strong experience with the Microsoft 365 productivity suite
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize across several concurrent projects
- Strong problem-solving skills — identifying issues, obstacles, and opportunities, and developing/implementing effective solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working on Infrastructure projects (networking, server, workstation, telecom, or similar)
- A customer-first mindset and commitment to delivering a strong end-user experience
