Job Summary
Analyze business requirements and production specifications for changes to technology applications within PNC's Digital Investing experience. Define system scope and objectives based on user needs, document constraints, and facilitate discussions between stakeholders, Product Owners, and development teams to create user stories and requirements in Jira. Direct business process improvement projects aimed at enhancing the Online Banking platform and resolving specific business issues. Participate in Agile software development lifecycles, ensuring alignment with enterprise risk management frameworks while supporting strategic online banking initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience
- university / college degree
- comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working as a Business Systems Analyst on Agile software development teams
- Background in the financial services industry, preferably supporting digital banking or investment products
- Knowledge of investment platforms, brokerage services, wealth management, or digital investing solutions
- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements documentation in Jira
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to quickly learn complex business domains and technical concepts
- Previous experience with PNC Bank, particularly Retail Online Banking
