Job Summary
Participates in analyzing business requirements and production specifications for changes made to technology applications; defines system scope and objectives based on user needs and business processes; directs business process improvement projects for internal business groups; identifies and documents system constraints and implications of proposed changes; provides recommendations for addressing business issues for a specific business group; candidates should demonstrate strong Agile, data, and QA capabilities with SQL proficiency, CI/CD, and experience reading SQL scripts and stored procedures.
Required Qualifications
- 4 - 7+ years as a Business Systems Analyst (or similar) in an agile software delivery environment
- Proven ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
- SQL proficiency, QA and CI/CD
- Strong understanding of data setup
- Hands-on experience with agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives)
- Exposure to Bitbucket
- Ability to read and interpret code (e.g., SQL scripts, stored procedures)
- Relational database experience
