Business Systems Analyst Senior (Multiple Openings)

Job Summary
Senior Business Systems Analyst responsible for collaborating with business stakeholders to analyze supply chain and transportation management needs, develop analytical solutions using Power BI and SQL, create and validate test cases, map systems with Azure DevOps backlog, write requirements and user stories, and facilitate Agile SCRUM processes. Role includes supporting end-to-end testing/UAT, coordinating with Product Owner, and enabling delivery of new TMS and fleet management systems; travel up to 10% domestic.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- 5 years of technology experience or 3 years with a Master’s degree in the same fields
- SQL writing
- System mapping and business process mapping
- Scrum Story creation including development tasks
- Project Requirement document creation including test scenarios and test scripts
- Database integration or API mapping
