Job Summary
Business Systems Analyst in San Jose, CA, responsible for defining end-to-end workflows across Sales, Marketing, and Quote-to-Cash, delivering scalable Salesforce solutions, documenting system interactions and data dependencies, and translating business needs into functional specs and acceptance criteria. Role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, UAT readiness, governance and security, and leveraging AI-assisted delivery techniques (Vibe Coding) to accelerate validation and rollout. Strong focus on data governance, system integration, and maintaining enterprise standards, with experience in Agile delivery and familiarity with CRM/CPQ platforms and related marketing tools.
Required Qualifications
- 3-4 years of Business Systems Analyst experience
- 2+ years of Salesforce/application experience (Sales Cloud, Conga CPQ, Marketo, HubSpot or Pardot)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, Software Engineering
- Strong understanding of Marketing & Sales processes, including Lead generation and qualification, and Quote-to-Cash
- Experience with rapid prototyping or AI-assisted development (Vibe Coding, low-code/no-code)
- Experience with Salesforce data model and security (permissions, role hierarchy, sharing rules)
- Experience working in Agile/iterative delivery environments
