Seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to optimize and modernize case management systems within public sector health and human services. Requires significant experience in business systems analysis, process mapping, and knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
Required Qualifications
- 7–12+ years as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Architect, or Business Systems Architect
- Strong capability in process mapping, system capability analysis, and business architecture frameworks
- Ability to operate as both a strategic thinker and a hands-on contributor
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in public sector health and human services
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar enterprise case management platforms
