Job Summary

Own Salesforce end-to-end and maintain CRM health while building and scaling AI-powered RevOps workflows (email automation, AI-assisted sales call prep, automated deal desk, closed-lost insights) using tools like Claude, Slack, Gong, Hex, and Clay. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps leadership. Identify and eliminate manual work by designing automation across GTM workflows. Design human-in-the-loop AI workflows balancing automation with escalation management and trust. Maintain data pipeline health across integrations, document processes for scale, and partner with Enablement to train Sales on new systems. Requires 3+ years of Salesforce administration in a startup, Salesforce Administrator certification preferred, experience with AI tooling, RevOps concepts, data movement across systems, SQL, and strong cross-functional communication.

Required Qualifications

  • Seasoned Salesforce administration with 3+ years in a startup environment
  • Salesforce Administrator certification strongly preferred
  • AI tooling fluency with Gong, Claude, Hex, Slack, and Clay
  • RevOps context knowledge: pipeline management, forecasting, lead routing, deal reporting, win/loss analysis
  • Data across systems; understanding data movement and integration health
  • Analytical mindset with SQL or similar querying
  • Clear communication and executive presence; ability to document and translate decisions
  • Proactive ownership and problem-solving without prompting
