Business Systems Analyst

Assist with organizational change management for system enhancements by assessing impacts, identifying risks, and developing strategies that support successful adoption. Partner with business stakeholders and technical resources to gather requirements, understand current and future-state processes, and align initiatives with business objectives. Develop and execute change management plans including stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, and training programs to drive user acceptance. Facilitate change impact assessments, workflow analysis, and process mapping to evaluate organizational impacts and ensure effective transition planning. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts by engaging business users, developing test scenarios, and validating business processes prior to deployment. Create and maintain change management documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources to support sustainable adoption. Collaborate with IT, project managers, and developers to manage change requests, assess downstream impacts, and support release readiness activities. Drive analysis and morning scrum meetings.
