Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary
Partner with users across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations to identify process improvement opportunities, optimize business systems, and troubleshoot issues. Gather, document, and validate business requirements for system enhancements, integrations, and new functionality while collaborating with internal IT teams and vendors to design effective solutions. Analyze processes to recommend system-based solutions that improve efficiency, create functional specifications and test plans, and execute deployment validation. Troubleshoot application issues, develop training materials, and support reporting, data analysis, and business intelligence initiatives. Participate in application upgrades, implementations, and strategic initiatives, assisting with change management and user adoption efforts. Occasional travel to PlayCore locations is required for deployments and training, averaging 1-2 weeks every other month.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience supporting ERP or enterprise business systems
- Experience working with business processes related to Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehousing, or Operations
- Experience gathering business requirements, documenting processes, and supporting system enhancements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
- Ability to facilitate meetings, training sessions, and workshops
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Occasional travel to PlayCore locations to support business initiatives, application deployments, user training, and project activities
- Average 1-2 weeks every other month travel
- Flexibility depending on project priorities and operational demands
- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, communicate, and use a computer and other standard office equipment
- Occasionally required to lift and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- Compliance with facility safety requirements and personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX
- Experience supporting manufacturing or distribution environments
- Experience with financial reporting and accounting processes
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Experience participating in ERP implementations, upgrades, or application support teams
- Exposure to formal project management methodologies
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate)
- Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills
- Business process analysis and documentation
- Testing and quality assurance methodologies
