Business Systems Analyst

Elicit requirements and support the design, implementation, and day-to-day operations of a modern enterprise technology asset inventory integrating Asset Management and Service Management practices. Maintain new and legacy technology inventory platforms by tracking assets, supporting lifecycle processes, curating data, and implementing QA routines. Conduct basic analysis of technology inventory data, develop KPIs, and provide recommendations to improve accuracy and decision-readiness. Serve as a liaison with stakeholders to gather evolving needs for system enhancements and develop documentation, SOPs, workflows, and training materials. Collaborate across teams to support BI enablement and data standardization. Requires Active Top Secret Clearance, on-site work in Washington DC five days a week, and 4-5+ years of experience in data-centric environments.
