Job Summary
Provide client-facing support and coaching while researching and responding to service log requests. Configure the Origami platform, deploy standard data conversions, and build custom Excel solutions using the Origami Admin UI. Perform unit testing on deliverables, identify scope creep, and lead process documentation for the project management team. Extract, analyze, and assess client business needs to make consultative recommendations. Support user training by preparing materials and maintain accountability across technical, educational, and business management phases.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Informatics, Business Analytics or similar technical discipline
- 0-2 years for Business Systems Analyst I position
- 2+ years for Business Systems Analyst II position
- 6+ months of systems implementation, development, or business analytics work or internship experience
- Knowledge of SQL
Desired Qualifications
- JavaScript and XML a plus
- Strong attention to detail and drive excel in your role
- Aptitude for technology, databases, and computer systems
