Business Systems Analyst - LMS

Job Summary
Own and support full configuration and administration of SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS), managing domains, permissions, security structures, and content lifecycle including SCORM/xAPI/AICC tracking. Resolve support tickets while ensuring ISI compliance processes are followed for releases and audits. Build automated reports and compliance dashboards for mandatory training, overdue items, and audit metrics. Partner with IT teams and learning admins across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and other regions to drive integrations, troubleshoot SFTP/API flows, and lead UAT cycles. Conduct requirements gathering, write BRDs/FRDs, and provide training to internal administrators.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of deep, hands-on IT experience administering SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) in configuration, integration using custom connectors
- Proven background operating in audit driven or regulated environments (SOX, GxP, ISO, OSHA, or similar)
- Expertise in LMS security model (domains, roles, assignment profiles) to support learning business and provide recommendations
- Expertise in SCORM/xAPI/AICC content debugging and tracking as part of integration from LMS to content engine
- Expertise in Learning history corrections and data governance by IT to support correction that cannot be done by LMS admins
- Strong troubleshooting abilities, especially around Content launch/tracking
- Strong troubleshooting abilities, especially around User assignments
- Strong troubleshooting abilities, especially around Connector/SFTP/AICC issues
- Strong troubleshooting abilities, especially around Integrations, sync errors and generate reporting using PRD
- Solid understanding of SuccessFactors Platform (RBP, BizX Admin Center)
- Exceptional documentation skills and strong attention to detail—critical for audit readiness
- Bachelor's degree in information systems
- SAP SuccessFactors Learning Certification as an IT Admin
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with SuccessFactors LMS modules
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident/change/CMDB)
- Experience with Jira/Confluence
- Experience in heavily regulated industries (healthcare, biotech, finance, aerospace, government)
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) or Agile/Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, CSPO) is a plus
